POLICIES

Check-In: 3:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM
 
Payment Policy:
  • First night deposit will be charged on the date of booking as the guarantee for your reservation.
  • Full payment is due and processed at the date of your reservation.
  • Reservation credit card & a matching ID are REQUIRED for check in (and said guests must be physically staying).
Pet Policy:
  • The dog flat rate is $50
  • If you forget to add your dog to your stay, you will be charged upon checkout.*
  • We allow up to two dogs, all breeds and weights in a rented room. Other pet types (e.g. cats, birds, rabbits) are not allowed.
Smoking Policy:
  • We are a non-smoking property. A cleaning and/or lost revenue charge of up to $250.00 may be charged if you or your guests smoke in or near a hotel room.
Cancelation Policy:
  • You may cancel your standard reservation;
  • Within 3 days of the check-in date → No penalty applied
  • Within 1 day of the check-in date, the following fee will be applied → First night
  • Holiday Rates, within 7 days of check-in date → 50%
  • Please Note: cancellation refunds will be issued within 48 hours after the initial cancelation request and depending on your bank it may take an additional 3-10 business days to process.
Rare circumstances may require us to substitute an alternate room within the same or better room class without advance notice to you.

ON-GOING REMODEL UPDATES

Thank you for your patience as we continue making improvements around the property. As of Fall 2025, 19 of our 20 guest units have been fully renovated, including three Rancho suites.

Our Motor Lodges, Casitas, and Ranchos are refreshed, comfortable, and ready for your stay. The pool is open and will be heated starting in November, and best of all dogs are always welcome.
